Job Position: Client Administrator
Location: Lawrenceville, GA
The Client Administrator position is an entry-level role that supports the CPP Client Partner & Safety teams by performing a variety of administrative tasks. This role is essential for the continued growth and support of our clients, and it is a prerequisite to the Client Partner role. The Client Administrator is on the front lines of fielding client requests and ensuring these requests are completed in a timely fashion. This position exposes the Client Administrator to several essential areas of HB NEXT’s business including Safety & Consulting, Training & Credential Requirements, Software, Account Management, & Business Development. The goal is that the Client Administrator becomes familiar with HB NEXT’s Core service offerings to the point that they can effectively answer and facilitate most client’s questions / requests with the expectation of stepping into a Client Partner role and managing a book of thoughtfully assigned accounts. This position reports directly to the Safety & Training Manager.
