Description:
HB NEXT is seeking an experienced On-Site Safety Consultant to support commercial and industrial construction projects in the Dallas, TX area. This is a contract position ideal for safety professionals who thrive in high-performance environments and are passionate about compliance and worker protection.

What You’ll Do:

  • Conduct on-site safety inspections for construction projects

  • Support regulatory compliance (OSHA, EPA, DOT)

  • Provide training and safety consulting as needed

  • Communicate with project teams to enforce safety protocols

Qualifications:

  • 5–10 years of commercial/industrial construction experience

  • Background in site safety (superintendent or PM experience preferred)

  • OSHA 500 or 510 certification required

  • Must pass drug screen and background check

  • Based in or willing to travel to the Dallas area
