Requirements/Tasks

Perform visual inspections of Electrical meters and yard lights, for hazards and tampering
Be capable of walking for extended amounts of time
Have a clean MVR
Be able to learn to work with low voltage electricity on HVAC units
Document any potential deficiencies for review and follow up
Follow all health and safety regulations when operating equipment
Ensure regulated and proper headgear, earplugs, gloves, safety glasses and clothing is worn
Complete all assigned tasks in a timely and efficient manner
