As a Community Manager, you will be at the forefront of ensuring that job sites operate efficiently and remain in compliance with industry environmental standards. You’ll serve as the primary point of contact between our clients, HB NEXT management, and field crews, overseeing all site operations to ensure the highest quality standards are maintained. Your role will be critical in building strong relationships and collaborating with fellow managers and teams to drive success.

Requirements:
- FSESCI certification (or equivalent) or the ability to obtain within 60 days – can be provided by HB NEXT
- Previous construction field experience highly desired
- Reliable transportation
- Self-starter
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
