Description:
HB NEXT is seeking an experienced On-Site Safety Consultant to support commercial and industrial construction projects in the Dallas, TX area. This is a contract position ideal for safety professionals who thrive in high-performance environments and are passionate about compliance and worker protection.

What You’ll Do:

Conduct on-site safety inspections for construction projects
Support regulatory compliance (OSHA, EPA, DOT)
Provide training and safety consulting as needed
Communicate with project teams to enforce safety protocols

Qualifications:

5–10 years of commercial/industrial construction experience
Background in site safety (superintendent or PM experience preferred)
OSHA 500 or 510 certification required
Must pass drug screen and background check
Based in or willing to travel to the Dallas area
