Job Position: Saas Account Manager

Location: Lawrenceville, GA

As a Saas Account Manager, you will be responsible for cultivating and nurturing strong relationships with our existing customers. Your primary goal is to ensure client satisfaction, drive product adoption, and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services to meet their evolving needs. Specific responsibilities include:

Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Client Relationship Management
    • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships.
    • Understand the unique needs and goals of each client and develop tailored account strategies to meet their objectives.
  2. Product Adoption, Configuration and Training
    • Collaborate with clients to ensure they are effectively using our SaaS solutions.
    • Provide training and resources to clients to maximize their product utilization.
  3. Account Growth
    • Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services, features, or upgrades to existing clients.
    • Develop account growth plans and strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  4. Issue Resolution
    • Address and resolve client concerns, issues, or questions promptly and effectively.
    • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met.
  5. Renewal Management
    • Manage the renewal process for subscription-based services, ensuring a high retention rate.
    • Proactively engage with clients to secure contract renewals and minimize churn.
  6. Reporting and Analysis
    • Track and report on client engagement, usage, and satisfaction.
    • Analyze client data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in account management, preferably in the SaaS industry.
  • SaaS configuration and implementation experience.
  • Strong knowledge of SaaS products and services.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to understand and articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
  • Results-orientated and self-motivated.
  • CRM software proficiency (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus
